Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), most Insurance companies are reimbursing telemedicine visits due to the current Washington state stay at home order, just as a regular visit would be. Please check with your healthcare provider before scheduling an appointment.

How To Talk With Your Doctor

The first step is to call 425-455-2895 and request a telemedicine visit. We will ask you for your email address so that we can set up the appointment with encrypted video software through a system called Charm. You won’t need to download anything, just go to this website. Log into the website by using your email address and a password of your choice. Once logged in, click on the tab that says appointments and then click join. It’s that easy!

Step By Step Instructions:

1. Once its time for your appointment, log into your Charm patient portal.
2. Login using the email you provided to reception
3. Once logged in, click on “Appointments”
4. You should see the appointment with your Neurevolution Medicine doctor,
   Click Join!
